Tom would ask himself “Did I really dream that?”.

The longer he tried to re-collect, the foggier the memory became. Tom, the 12 year old kid from Alaska had unwanted visitors. After a while it really began to affect his life. He would fall asleep during school and inopportune times. Tommy told his mother about the beams of light that would illuminate his room, and the tiny pale men with big eyes that would examine him. She never believed him so Tommy put matters into his own hands. He set an alarm and hid a baseball bat under his bed. That night, when the time came, the alarm woke him in time. Shortly after, the small pale “men” floated from the window to his bedside. This time, they tried to take him…

Tom swung his bat.

His mother filed the missing report and Tommy could be seen on Milk cartons.
